Faculty, students, and staff can enable Quick Assist in Windows 10.

Quick Assist is an app that is installed on Windows 10. If it is not available when you look for it using Windows Search, you can enable it using the instructions below.

1. Search for **Settings **in the search bar in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen or right-click on the **Windows **icon and select **Settings** from the menu that appears.
2. Click **Apps.**
3. Click on the **Optional features** link.
4. Click the **plus sign** to **Add a feature.**
5. Scroll down and select **Microsoft Quick Assist** to install it.
6. Search for **Quick Assist** to launch the app.
