Faculty, students, and staff can access and download Adobe Creative Cloud by purchasing Adobe Creative Cloud licenses from the [UConn Software Catalog](https://software.uconn.edu/). Once your license has been purchased and your order has been fulfilled please follow the instructions below.

> ❌ You should **not **create your Adobe ID using the **Sign In with Google** or **Sign In with Microsoft** option. This can make accessing your subscription difficult. You should instead use your UConn email as the email/username and set a password for the Adobe ID when you create the account.

## Accessing Adobe Creative Cloud

1. Log in at [Adobe](https://www.adobe.com/). Use your *@*<span style="color: #003366">*[uconn.edu](http://uconn.edu)*</span> or <span style="color: #003366">*@uchc.edu*</span> email address as your **Adobe ID.**
  1. If you have never had an Adobe ID using your University email address, choose **Reset Your Password **when you are prompted to enter a password. Doing so will allow you to create one.
2. If asked to choose a profile choose “UCONN-Special Student Pricing”
3. When logging in you may get a window with a button that says “**Join Team**”
  If the content of the window includes the words “UCONN-Special Student Pricing”, click the “Join Team” button
4. Click on the grid icon in the upper-right hand corner, as shown below.
5. Select **Creative Cloud** from the menu that appears.
6. Click **Apps.**
  If the listed apps show **Download** or **Install**, you can now download and/or install each app.

1. When you click **Download** or **Install** you may see this screen; click **OK**.

## Known Bug 

If you previously used a free trial of Adobe Creative Cloud, you may run into an issue where you see this screen when you try installing a specific Adobe application through the Adobe Creative Cloud application.

## Troubleshooting 

For all other issues regarding downloading or installing Adobe CC Apps, use the [Adobe CC Cleaner Tool](https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html).

1. In the above link, go to Step 9 (How to use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool). Here, you will be able to download the tool and see instructions on how to use it.
2. When running the tool, you will be given options as to what you would like the tool to clean. If you cannot use or see any Adobe Apps on your computer, we recommend choosing **All**.
3. Once the tool has finished, reboot your computer and go to the top of this article; try installing your Adobe CC Apps again.
