Students, faculty, and staff can call a user during a Microsoft Teams meeting. With Teams, users can add other users to the meeting by calling their phone. Once they have been added, the user can participate in the meeting as if it were a normal phone call.

## Adding a User to a Microsoft Teams Meeting via Phone

1. In the bottom bar, click on the **Show participants** tile.
2. In the **Invite someone or dial a number **field, type in the user's full phone number, along with the area code.
3. Hit enter or click on the account that appears.
4. Teams will then call the user. If the user answers, they will be listed as someone currently in the meeting. If they do not answer, you will be redirected to their voicemail box.
