**In-page menus** are floating menus that allow visitors to easily navigate to important pieces of content across your site or to other sites.

First you need to Setup a Menu.

This article covers how to add In-Page Menus within the [Classic Editor](#classic-editor) or the [Block Editor](#block-editor).

## > Macro (anchor)

Classic Editor

1. Create a menu.
2. Go to the page to which you intend to add the menu.
3. Under the **In-Page Menus** module on the right, select a menu.
4. Select a style.
  1. **Tabs** will appear on top of the page
  2. **List** will appear in a box on the right

On the edit screen for any given page you will see a module on the right entitled **In-Page Menus**.

> ⚠️ In-page menus do not support nested menu items; they are only **one level** deep.
> ⚠️ 
> ⚠️ Another option is a menu displayed on the side of the page by adding a [sidebar](http://aurora.uconn.edu/2016/03/10/widgets-sidebars/) and configuring the sidebar to display the specific menu.
