<span style="color: #000000">Digital wayfinding enhances conventional maps and directories by adding interactive elements.  It is popular in venues that cater to high volumes of visitors.  ITS has installed 25 interactive kiosks in the larger academic buildings on the Storrs campus for our initial deployment.  These include bus tracking and an interactive directory to search for selected locations and people. </span>

<span style="color: #000000">Currently interactive kiosks can be found in the following buildings: Arjona, Biology / Physics, Bousfield, Castleman, Chemistry, Engineering II, Family Studies, Gentry, Homer Babbidge Library (located at the Plaza elevators and at the top of the north stairs), McHugh Hall, Monteith, Oak Hall (by room 101, and by room 117), Pharmacy / Biology Building, Rowe, Storrs Hall, Student Union, Torrey Life Science, United Technologies Engineering Building. The search on the kiosk returns results from this pool of buildings.</span>
