Users can set up the ACD Agent Module for VoIP phones after installing Launchpad via Software Center.

> ⚠️ ITS will need your computer's service tag in order to properly push out the software to your machine.

## Setting Up ACD

1. Open **Launchpad** software.
2. Click **ACD Agent Module**. This will install the ACD Agent Module if you have never run it before.
3. Before logging in, click **Edit > Settings**.> Macro (inline-media-image)
4. Edit the **Primary ACD DN** for both Connections 0 and Connection 1 with your 10-digit phone number.> Macro (inline-media-image)
5. Click **Apply** and then **Save**.

You can now log in to ACD and use the system.

> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ One more useful setting is the auto-lock to change status feature. This feature will log you out of ACD when locking your computer. To change it, navigate to the settings once logged in and choose **User Interface** and check off **Automatically Change to First Unavailable Status when PC is Locked**.
