<span style="color: #172b4d">This article is for faculty, students, and staff seeking information regarding</span> modifying the name and link used by others to access your Personal Room, and will provide instructions on how to do so.

## Changing your Display Name, Profile Picture, and Password

1. Navigate to [s.uconn.edu/webex](http://s.uconn.edu/webex) and use your NetID to sign in.
2. Click on **Profile** in the left hand navigation menu.
3. Click **Edit My Profile. **You will then be directed to a page where you can customize your **Display Name**.
4. Click on **Change profile picture** to upload a custom profile picture. Here is an example picture you can use:

5. If this is a <u>Department account</u>, you may change your password on this screen. If you use your NetID to sign in, you will not see password options.

## Changing Your Personal Room Name and Link

1. Click on the **Settings **tab in the left hand navigation menu.
2. Select the **My Personal Room** tab.
  - The **Personal Room name **field allows you to personalize the name of your Personal Room.
  - The **Personal Room link** field allows you to personalize the Join link used to access your Personal Room.
  - Your **Host PIN** can be used by another user to begin your session and become a Host in your absence.

> ⚠️ When changing your Personal Room link, the previous Join link will no longer work. Only <u>one</u> link leads to your Personal Room at any time. Be sure to update your participants with this new link.
> ⚠️ 
> ⚠️ If you revert your link to one that you previously used, those who you did not update with the new link will be able to join without issue.
