If your laptop is working but you cannot get the screens to display on your external monitor, and you have verified that all your cables are tightly connected, you may need to power-cycle your Dell docking station.

> ⚠️ This issue often occurs after a power outage.

## Rebooting Your Dell Docking Station

1. Disconnect the laptop from the dock by removing the USB-C connector from your laptop.
2. Unplug the power cord from the dock (the circular plug that usually has a blue light indicator).
3. Open the laptop and log in to the workstation with your NetID credentials.
4. Plug the power cord back into the back of the docking station.
5. Reconnect the laptop USB-C connector back into the dock (<u>always do this last</u>).

Once your screen displays on your external monitors, close the laptop.
