Students, staff, and faculty can uninstall Java on Windows computers. 

> ⚠️ To uninstall Java, you must have administrator privileges.

1. Type “Add or Remove Programs” in the search bar of the **Start **menu.
2. Select the version of Java within the list of programs.
3. Click on **Uninstall.**
