This article is intended for users who want to upload Microsoft Office files to Google Drive. <span style="color: #333333">Files created using Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, can be uploaded to Google Drive and then edited in Google Drive using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides, respectively. The files can also be shared with other users and edited simultaneously.  </span>

1. Log in to **Google Drive**.
2. Click **New** > **File Upload.**
3. Browse your computer and choose the file you wish to upload to Google Drive.
4. Your file will be uploaded to your **My Drive**. From here you can open and edit the document in your drive.
