At times you will want to Add Multiple Non-Catalog Forms to the Same Shopping Cart. Usually this would be needed to add more lines to an order then what the form was originally designed for.

> 📝 - Make sure you use the same **form type** and the same **Supplier**.
> 📝 - If you need to add a large amount of lines, ie. 50, consider how you believe the invoice will display each line. You may want to combine some of the lines into one line.

In this example, you can see that we already have a Goods & Services form request in our shopping cart.

Click **View My Cart **to see more details or the **Trash Can **icon to delete the item.

In the shopping cart, you will notice your form where you can make changes to your order or you have the option to remove the item or move it to another cart.

If you are ready to add a new form to your cart, proceed to the shopping home page. If you made any changes, those will have been saved automatically.

Now, because we used a Goods & Services form request, we are limited to these options to add to your cart.

Once you have completed your second form, you can either **Add and Go to Cart** or choose another option from the drop-down menu. Selecting **Add to PO Revision **will add the *new *form to an existing PO you wish to add to.

Notice your cart total increased with 2 form requests in your shopping cart. From here, you will proceed as normal.
