BC Processors can access the Budget Construction document(s) for the accounts within their organization.

1. From the **Budget Construction Selection** screen, click **My Organization.**
2. Navigate to the **Organization Selection** team. In the **Organization Sub-Tree** section, use the **Action arrow(s)** to find the organizations for which you would like to view the Budget Construction documents.

:warning: Note: The **Organization Sub-Tree** follows the Organization Hierarchy defined in the Chart of Accounts module. If there are no organizations to drill down into for a given organization, no arrows will display in the Action column.
3. Click the **Selected** **checkbox(es)** indicating which organizations' Budget Construction documents you would like to view, and click **View** in the **Select Operation** section.
4. The Budget Construction Account Select Lookup screen lists all the BC documents for accounts assigned to the organizations you selected on the **Organization Selection** screen. From here, you have two options.
  1. Use the search fields to narrow down the list of documents displayed.
  2. Click **Load Document** to the left of the Account Number to open the document.
