Staff can learn about the Balance Inquiry radio buttons and their functions in Kuali Financials (KFS).

> ℹ️ For the content below, the asterisk symbol (*) denotes an option’s default value.

## Consolidation Options 

### *Consolidation

This radio button consolidates sub-accounts and object codes (no detail). 

### Detail 

This radio button shows sub-accounts and sub-object codes.

### Exclude Sub-Accounts  

This radio button only shows balances with no sub-accounts.  

## Include Pending Ledger Entry Options 

### *No 

This radio button is for posted entries (in the overnight processing).  

### Approved

This radio button is for posted and approved entries.  

### All

This radio button is for posted, approved, and pending (saved/enroute) entries.
