<span style="color: #000000">Staff can search for an asset on the Assets page in Kuali Financials (KFS).  </span>

1. Navigate to the** Assets** page.
2. Click **Asset**.
3. To search for multiple assets, enter the **pipe symbol** between each asset, as shown in the field highlighted below. <span style="color: #000000"> </span>

> ✅ <span style="color: #000000">The pipe symbol (|) is located below the Backspace key on your keyboard. </span>

<span style="color: #000000">All tag numbers you include in your search will show up in the Search Results section. </span>

## Asset Status Codes

- *A* – Active, Capital Equipment
- *N* - Active, Controllable Property
- *D* – Active, Non-Capital FY11
- *R* – Retired, Capital Equipment
- *O* – Retired, Non-Capital Equipment
