Chart Managers can change large amounts of data at a time using the Account Global eDoc, which is available in Kuali Financials (KFS). For example, if a Fiscal Officer is retiring, a Chart Manager can change all of the accounts where that person is the Fiscal Officer using a single document.   

To request a mass change, complete the [Kuali Financials Account Global Request](https://uconn.kualibuild.com/app/66a3aff2d00e6e0143f78e9b/run) form in Kuali Build. 

Note: Division/College/School approvers are not all visible on the dropdown list, but can be chosen by searching for their name. Here is a list of all approvers:
